By using DoodleAI.fun, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoodleAI.fun, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

DoodleAI.fun provides AI-powered image generation and transformation services. Our service utilizes third-party AI models from Replicate and Fal.ai. By using our service, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

3. User Responsibilities

When using DoodleAI.fun, you agree to:

  • Only upload images that you own or have the rights to use
  • Not upload any content that is illegal, inappropriate, or violates others' rights
  • Not attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Content Guidelines

Users must ensure that all uploaded content:

  • Is not pornographic or sexually explicit
  • Does not promote violence or hate speech
  • Does not infringe on any intellectual property rights
  • Is not intended to harass or bully others

5. Content Moderation and Account Enforcement

DoodleAI.fun uses automated content-safety filters together with human review to detect uploaded or generated content that violates these Terms — including, without limitation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, pornographic or sexually explicit content, and content depicting or promoting violence, hate, or illegal activity.

We have zero tolerance for such content. If a violation is detected, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove the offending content and to suspend or permanently ban the responsible account. To prevent abuse and evasion, we may also take the same action against any other accounts we reasonably believe are linked or associated with the violating account (for example, accounts sharing the same email, payment method, device, or IP address).

Banned accounts forfeit access to the service and any remaining credits or subscription benefits, which are non-refundable. Where content appears to involve CSAM or other illegal material, we may preserve relevant records and report the activity to law enforcement and the appropriate authorities (such as NCMEC) as required or permitted by law. Attempting to circumvent a ban or our content-safety measures is itself a violation of these Terms.

6. Generated Content

By using our AI image generation tools, you acknowledge that the generated images are created based on your input and our AI models. We do not guarantee the uniqueness or originality of generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use DoodleAI.fun. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and we make no warranties regarding its performance or results.

8. Subscription Plans and Credits

Purchases of credits or subscription plans (e.g., Creator Plan, Pro Plan) are non-refundable. Upscaling and other premium features are only accessible to users on the Creator or Pro Plans. Credits expire after 12 months if unused.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of DoodleAI.fun after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
